Contributions or gifts to Conway for Senate are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal candidates are prohibited from accepting contributions from corporations and foreign nationals. Contributions are limited to $4,800 per individual per election cycle. PACs may contribute $10,000 per election cycle. Undesignated contributions will be designated to Conway for Senate, the first $2,400 (or $5,000, in the case of a multicandidate political committee) of which will be considered designated for the primary election, and the second $2,400 (or $5,000, in the case of a multicandidate political committee) of which will be designated to the general election.
