Murray Victory 2010 will not accept contributions from currently registered federal lobbyists, registered foreign agents, political action committees, or minors under the age of 16 are prohibited. Corporate and union contributions are prohibited.

Contributions and gifts to Murray Victory 2010 are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions to Murray Victory 2010 will be allocated as follows: The first $4,800 of each contribution will be allocated to People for Patty Murray. The first $2,400 of that contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $2,400 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
