Apparently, having witnessed the wild success Sarah Palin enjoyed in steering right-wing tea partier Doug Hoffman to failure on November 3, Illinois’s favorite Republican chameleon Mark Kirk is now begging the conservative icon to back him...

the thursday tea party rally people should drop their last shred of pretense and don their white sheets and robes! racists pure & simple, but so sad, to see these caucasian people who look like me with so much hate in their faces. hatred in the face of bachman, fox and my own congressman culberson (who refuses to respond to any of my constituent letters for assistance) while they throw papers in the air, pieces of the health care bill. posters showing naked corpses of holocaust death camp victims, who where degraded first by their horrific deaths and now by tea party people who exploit them in posters autographed by rep. steve king and his republicans. virginia fox tells us the bill is america's "greatest threat to freedom, more dangerous than even the 911 attackers". another outrage and slap across the face of america! while these tea party traitors and republican traitors stand in front of the capital saying this, a REAL terror attack was unfolding in my state of texas on an army base! virginia fox must be held accountable for her outrageous, anti-american rhetoric that is a LIE and incites the lowest common form of humans degrading humans. they are racists and america can no longer stand silently while they lay the groundwork for the next civil war.
I agree with you. The behavior of the tea party group is despicable! We held a candlelight vigil for healthcare in Sarasota, FL and the group came with guns and hateful posters such as you describe. They yelled epitaphs at us and yelled "Welfare Mom" to a young mother who brought her children. We had to have police protection from this hateful, gun toting mob that call themselves Americans.
Anna Quindlan wrote that "if we want Obama to be the President we campaigned for, we must be the voters who supported him." It's time to stop ignoring these hate mongers and get out and support candidates who represent us and vocalize our support for the President. Please speak up now.
