How do we bring real change to Washington? If you subscribe to twisted Republican logic, it’s by recruiting the same people who have been Washington GOP insiders for decades (and helped guide us into economic collapse during the Bush administration).
We’ve now got former Senator-turned-lobbyist Dan Coats to go along with former House Majority Whip Roy Blunt, Bush lieutenant Rob Portman, career Washington politician Mark Kirk, and 40-year professional politician Michael Castle.
They seem to be taking the “Party of No New Ideas” label a bit too seriously.
